At MNC Machines, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our machines come with a **1-year warranty** covering core components, including the engine, motor, and pump.

What is Covered?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of **12 months** from the date of purchase. This includes:

• Manufacturing defects affecting the core components (engine, motor, pump).
• Faulty workmanship leading to operational failure.
• Replacement or repair of defective parts (subject to supplier approval).

What is Not Covered?

While we strive to assist in all situations, the following **will void the warranty**:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Damage caused by **unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations**.
• Improper operation, lack of maintenance, or use outside the machine’s intended purpose.
• Accidents, misuse, or negligence by the operator.
• Electrical or fuel-related damage due to incorrect usage.
• Third-party repairs or non-OEM parts installed without approval.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue, please **contact us first** before attempting any repairs. To process a claim, you’ll need:

• Proof of purchase.
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
• A description of how and when the problem occurred.

We will work with the supplier to assess your claim. If covered, repairs or replacements will be arranged based on supplier availability.
