Orders are only considered final once full payment is received and processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed and we receive all required shipping information. Machine details, pricing, and customisation options (such as tracks or wheels) are provided on the product page and must be double-checked by the buyer prior to finalising the order.
We encourage customers to reach out with any questions before placing an order. Once the order is confirmed and placed with the supplier, changes may not be possible. While we will always do our best to assist, the responsibility to review your order before payment lies with the buyer.
Mid North Coast Machines acts as a third-party facilitator between the buyer and the overseas supplier. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product information and reliability of the supplier, we do not manufacture or physically handle the machines.
As such, we cannot be held liable for manufacturing defects, delays in international shipping, customs clearance issues, or damages incurred during freight. Any warranty or defect claims must be directed to the supplier, and we will assist in facilitating communication where possible.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the machine and does not extend to indirect losses, loss of income, or business interruption resulting from issues with the product or delivery.
All payments must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Square) to ensure safe handling of your transaction details.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, we forward the order details and funds to our supplier to begin processing and international shipment. For this reason, we allow a 3 business day change-of-mind period after payment, during which a full refund may be requested.
After the 3-day window, cancellation may still be requested, but we reserve the right to deduct up to 40% of the order total to cover non-refundable supplier fees, processing time, and administrative costs.
In cases where the machine arrives faulty or significantly different to the description, we will work with the supplier on your behalf to pursue a resolution, which may include replacement parts or a partial refund. Our goal is always to act fairly and ensure your satisfaction within our operational capabilities.
